I had my first encounter with the West/Eastern practice of medicine last Friday... I went in to see why energy has been so low and my hair is falling out. Stress of moving to another country? New profession? New home? New food? New everything? It's self-inflicted... I keep reminding myself and yet somehow, in moments of confusion, I do not find comfort in knowing I caused all of this.
The doctor told me she wants to get some routine blood work done, and if nothing shows up, she wants to consider Chinese medicine and locate where "all of my energy is being robbed from." I could save her the trouble and clue her in to 3rd Graders, often compared to herding cats. But, I'm a little bit curious about the feng sui, acupuncture, aromatherarapy treatments that will be used to battle this issue... I'll keep you posted.

Hope all is well at home. This is International Week at our school, so it's crazy busy with cultural food and festivities. The next week brings about Parent/Teacher conferences, with Autumn Break following next in Moldova w/ Drew.
All is well. We had a perfect weekend.. then again, what weekend isn't perfect?
